EXCHANGES:

1 – EXCHANGE DUE TO PRODUCT DEFECT

The following conditions must be met:

- When the defect is apparent, the product cannot show signs of use and/or washing, and must be in perfect condition and with the internal label attached.

2 – EXCHANGE DUE TO DISSATISFACTION (PRODUCT WITHOUT DEFECTS)

The exchange must be made within a maximum of 10 (ten) calendar days. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

The product must be in perfect condition, showing no signs of use and/or washing, adjustments (hems, darts, etc.), with labels attached and original packaging.

You can exchange your purchase for any other product on the website. If you prefer, you can keep a credit in your account on the website, to use on a future purchase. The credit is valid for 30 days.

3 – RETURN OF PURCHASE DUE TO REGRET

The cancellation of a purchase can be made within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the receipt of the merchandise. The product must not show signs of use and/or washing, must be in perfect condition and with the internal label attached.
